    Hi there,

Great news — your battery can indeed be recovered. Since you have the console cable and BMSQt software, we can help you get it working again.

To make this as smooth as possible, we offer two options:

Option 1: We guide you remotely (Recommended)
For step-by-step support, we can assist you in real time via online remote assistance. This is often quicker and helps avoid any missteps.

👉 Please share your email or WhatsApp number, and we’ll reach out to coordinate a time.

    Option 2: Self-guided recovery
If you prefer to do it yourself, here are the steps:

    1. Connect your battery to your computer using the console cable and open BMSQt.

    2. Turn on the battery and in BMSQt, go to Tools → Console.

    3. In the console, type DLG and press Enter.

    4. Then, go to Update and upload the latest firmware file we’ve attached.

💡 We suspect the previous firmware may have been incorrect. Using this new version should resolve the issue.

Let us know which option works best for you. We’re here to help!
