Ladeende bei SOC 91%: 1×100%, 7×90%

Ich habe acht E-Boxen 48100R C installiert. Das Problem ist, dass nicht alle Akkus ihre volle Kapazität von 100 % erreichen. Sobald ein Akku 100 % Ladezustand (SOC) erreicht, stoppt das BMS den Ladevorgang für alle Akkus. Sieben Akkus stoppen den Ladevorgang bei 90 % SOC. Jedes Mal erreicht ein anderer Akku 100 % SOC.
Die Firmware-Version ist für alle Akkus identisch.
Boot-Version: V1.14
Hauptsoftware-Version: SPBMS16SRP2205V1.5.28.C16
Die Akkus werden mit einem DEYE SUN-12K-SG04LP3-EU geladen. In der DEYE-BMS-Oberfläche sehe ich, dass die aktuelle Ladeleistung auf 0 Ampere abfällt.
Anbei finden Sie einen Screenshot der PytesBat V2.8.4-Konsole.
Wie kann ich dieses Problem lösen?

Welche Spannung hat jede einzelne Batt. wenn SOC100 ereicht ist? (Welche Zellspannungen siehst Du?)
Meiner Meinung nach ist die Batt.spannung der Ursprung des SOC Stands. Wenn also eine Batt. den max. Spannungs-Wert erreicht hat, sagt das BMS (im Stack) “voll geladen”.
Das BMS ist leider nicht ganz durchprogrammiert…
Mal sehen was die Pytes Supporter dazu sagen.
Bin mir nicht sicher ob ich das richtig verstanden habe, aber die Zellespannung der Batterie mit 100% hat 3,411V. Die Gesamtspannung der Batterie hat lediglich 54,188V.
Ich dachte dass die Ladeschlussspannung der Zelle bei 3,65V liegt. Somit dürfte eigentlich noch kein Ladeende für den Stack erfolgen.
Ich werde das in den nächsten Tagen noch einmal bei jeder Batterie überprüfen, aber derzeit sieht es nicht so gut mit dem Wetter aus. Der nächste prognistizierte Sonnentag ist erst am wieder am Donnerstag.

Die installierte Firmware steuert das Ladeverhalten und die Kommunikation zw. den Batt. im Stack.
Für meine V5 Batterien gab es dieses “5A Limit”, wenn die Zellspannung einen gewissen Wert erreicht hatte. Ich habe jetzt die Version V27 von Pytes bekommen u. installiert, wo das Laden am oberen Ende nicht mehr so konservativ erfolgt. Habe das auch schon getestet durch Nachladen aus dem Netz und es ist anders als mit meiner Vorgängerversion V22.

I always connect to batteries E-Boxes 48100R C with the original PYTES cable included in the delivery. Two batteries are always mounted in a R-BOX. From the package with two batteries, I used the original PYTES cable with a length of 2m to the busbar. I included three pictures, one of the left four batteries (1-4), one of the right four batteries (5-8) and one of the busbar. On the top of the busbar you can see the two thick cales going to the two DEYE inverters.
The bootloader and the firmware are the same of all batteries.
Main soft version: SPBMS16SRP2205V1.5.28.C16
Boot version: V1.14

when connecting two batteries in parallel, you should connect positive end of battery to busbar and negative end of other battery to busbar, as shown in picture. also individually charge each battery to 100%SOC and then connect them in parallel.
Hello Rex, great thanks for your information I fixed the mistake and put the cable to the right connector. In the meantime, I got new firmware from your colleague Zhenkun Liu from the Netherlands. I updated the new firmware to version SPBMS16SRP2205V1.5.29.C16 as you see in the screenshot from the PytesBat V2.8.4 console interface. I also included two pictures of the right cabling of the eight E-Boxes 48100R C. Now I am looking forward to how it works with the new firmware. Great thanks for your help. Best regards,
Hello, the gloomy weather is drawing to a close, the sunshine is beginning and the old problems with the new firmware are back.
How can we solve this problem?
In my opinion, nothing has visibly changed in the new firmware SPBMS16SRPV1.5.29.C16. In the meantime, I’ve read the data from the 128 cells hidden in the 8 E-Boxes via the console connection and saved it in Home Assistant’s InfluxDB database. I now select the cell with the highest voltage. When it rises to 3.45V, I currently manually reduce the charging current from the two DEYE inverters. This prevents an abrupt charging stop by the Pytes BMS. I limit the charging current to 10A. In the PytesBat, you can see that the capacity of the other batteries is slowly increasing, indicating a balancing process.
I would have expected a similar procedure from the Pytes BMS in a professional system. I’m not sure if the BMS interface between DEYE and PYTES even supports this.
Is my approach correct, or could the charging behavior be handled differently?
As a next step, I plan to automatically limit the charging current via Modbus/RTU telegrams before a sudden charging termination is triggered.
I think this method won’t affect the protocol between PYTES and DEYE, but rather complement it with a useful extension.
It seems to me that balancing within an E-Box with its 16 cells works correctly, but it doesn’t take into account the other E-Boxes in the system.
Is PYTES developing anything in this direction, or does every PYTES E-Box owner have to take care of regulated balancing themselves?

I have the same issue, just 6x v5 in parallel of 3 to victron busbar. Inverter is a Outback 8048a with 8kv of pv. The first 2 batterys of the stack act’s constantly I mean never been idle. Charging or discharging. Last firmware applied.
