V5 Litihum Battery Rapid Discharge
Hello. My V5 batteries are set not to discharge below 20%. For the last couple days however the batteries have been reaching 20% and then rapidly discharging to 0%. Does anyone know how to correct this?

how many batteries do you have? does all the batteries have this problem or only some specific battery? can you share battery event history with us?

I have (4) 5kwh V5 batteries in parallel. System worked as designed up until a week ago. I don’t think I have the access to retrieve battery events on the app. Is it possible to retrieve the info directly from the screen on the Deye inverter? The recommended fix from my installer was to move the threshold up to 25%, which works but I would prefer to regain that 5% of storage by setting it at 20%.
